三、提供您品質保證的售後服務：

門市配出的鏡框保固期間為一年，鏡片保固期間為六個月。（遺失不適用於保固條件的範圍內，無法享有保固）

●鏡片保固範圍外

備註1:若為醫生處方指定製作的鏡片，若需重新製作處方鏡片，則不在保固範圍內。

備註2:因視力矯正手術而度數改變的狀況

●鏡框保固範圍外

備註1:人為使用不當而造成的瑕疵

備註2:特價商品除了另重新製作的鏡片外，品質與損壞不在保固範圍內。

Provide consumer the quality guarantee service:

The frame guarantees period for frame is one year, the guarantee period for lens is six months.(Losing do not have the service of guarantees )

Notice 1: If the lens prescription assigns by the doctor , but after if must to reproduce the prescription lens, will not in the guarantees scope.

Notice 2:the situation that have to change the prescription because of vision correction surgery of degree.

* The following situations will not in the guarantees scope:

Notice1:improper use that damage the frame or and scratch the lens.

Notice2: The special price products not guarantee in the scope. (besides the prescription lens)

アフターサービスも充実

フレームの1年間保証や、レンズ交換６ヶ月保証。（盗難、紛失、保証対象商品がない場合は保証を使用できません。）

※1 処方箋でのご購入で度数になじまない場合は、再度、新しい度数を処方した場合は保証を使用できません。

※2視力矯正手術による度数の変化。

●品質保証対象外

※1故意に破損された場合。

※2 アウトレット商品はレンズのみの品質保証となります。

四、提供您免費享有配戴舒適的調整與清潔保養服務：

鏡框變形、螺絲鬆了等需要加強保養的地方，請歡迎來店交由我們為您服務（也有可能有無法修復的狀況）。

而清洗保養與更換簡易式的鼻墊是我們的顧客您免費享有的，歡迎您定期前來由我們為您保養服務。

If your frame had distorted, the screw be loose and every adjustment service have to strengthen , please welcome our shop to hand over by us serves for you (Also possible has the situation which unable to repair.)

The clean maintains and replace the nose pad for our consumer is for free , welcome to come by our shop to maintain your glasses regularly for you .
